Vladimir Putin cannot remain in power, says US President Biden

Joe Biden closed his speech by saying that Vladimir Putin could not “remain in power”. Nato will respond if Russia uses chemical weapons, warns Biden. Mr Biden is travelling to Poland where more than two million Ukrainians have fled from the fighting.
